These policies are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent, while protecting both you (the customer) and our small custom 3D printing business. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Orders & Production Policy
All items are made to order and often customized specifically for you.
- Once an order is approved and printing begins, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details (size, color, orientation, quantity, and design) before printing starts.
- Requests for changes after approval may require additional fees and extended production time.
- Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, items cannot be resold if returned.
2. Refunds, Returns & Replacements
Because our products are custom-made:
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- We make a printing error that significantly affects the item, or
- The item arrives damaged due to shipping.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after printing begins
- Color shade differences
- Visible layer lines or minor surface imperfections
- Size or fit issues when the approved dimensions were printed correctly
- Normal variation between renders, photos, and final prints
Replacements
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before printing begins.
- Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
- Any design or modeling work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable.
4. Shipping Policy
- Production times vary based on order complexity and current workload.
- Shipping time begins after the item has been printed and packaged.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
5. 3D Print Quality & Expectations
3D printing is a manufacturing process that involves natural variation.
Please note:
- Layer lines are normal and expected
- Small surface imperfections may occur
- Color may vary slightly due to filament batches, lighting, or screen differences
- Hand-finished items may vary slightly from piece to piece
These characteristics are not considered defects.
6. Customer-Supplied Files & Design Responsibility
If you provide your own STL or design files:
- You are responsible for ensuring files are correct, scaled properly, and suitable for printing.
- We are not responsible for functional issues caused by file design errors.
- We do not guarantee fit, strength, or performance unless explicitly stated in writing.
Files provided by customers are treated as confidential and are not shared or resold.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
By submitting files or requesting a print, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the design, or
- You have permission to reproduce it
We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to violate intellectual property or copyright laws.
We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.
8. Safety & Use Disclaimer
- Printed items are not toys unless explicitly stated.
- Items are not food-safe unless explicitly specified.
- We are not responsible for misuse of printed items.
Customers assume all responsibility for how printed items are used.
9. Terms of Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
- These policies are governed by the laws of the seller’s operating state.
